Return Policy:

If your product is damaged or unsatisfactory you have until January 1, 2026 to exchange or return your item. Shipping cost back to FreshCut Paper will be at the purchaser’s expense unless the item arrived damaged. The product will need to be received in new sellable condition to receive a complete refund of the product amount, less shipping fees. Products will be inspected upon receipt and refund will be processed in the same method of the purchaser’s payment. Please allow 15 days for our warehouse to process your return and issue a refund.
